After Careful Consideration, and by Initial and Signature (below), I do hereby acknowledge all TERMS, CONDITIONS, WAIVERS and RULES that constitute participation, either direct or indirect, in this event, as presented as a requisite to participating in this event.

Spectator, Coach, Participant, Support Staff for all AdO Events, Athletic Events, Athletic Training, Use of Athletic Equipment, Performance and/or Competition and Travel to and From Airport, Events Occurring at VdO Recreation Center in Bergen, Norway.  
 

In consideration for inclusion of myself, and/or family members in this Athletic Sport Event (EVENT), on behalf of myself and my next of kin, heirs and representatives (PARTICIPANT, PARTICIPANTS), I release from all legal liability and promise not to sue the location where event is to be located (VENUE), the sponsor and/or manager of the event (CLUB) and/or Organizations responsible for producing this EVENT; and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents from any/all claims, including claims of the VENUE’s and/or CLUB’s negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss I may suffer because of participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity.  I am voluntarily participating in this Activity. I am aware of the risks associated with participation in this Activity, which include but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and/or death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inaction, or negligence; conditions related to travel; or the condition of the Activity location(s). Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity.
 

I agree to hold VENUE harmless from any/all claims, including attorney’s fees or damage to PARTICIPANTS personal property that may occur as a result of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. If the VENUE incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the VENUE for added costs incurred as a result of my actions outside the Terms of Services specifically agreed to and provided by CLUB. If PARTICIPANTS should need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any resultant costs incurred of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
 

I am 18 years or older. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing the VENUE and CLUB and STAFF from all liability, (b) promising not to sue the VENUE, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Activity (which may include Injury, Accident and/or Death), including travel to, from and during the Activity.  

 

I acknowledge consideration of contents of this Agreement statement and assumption of risk and I Agree that this document is written to be as broad and inclusive to all Participants as legally permitted by the current prevailing Norwegian and United States Law, Individual State Law within the United States and current prevailing European Law and the Individual County Law of Norway. I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and that if any portion and/or Section of this document is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect, with the scope of intent of this document prevailing.

 

I have read and understand this document, I agree with all Terms contained herein and I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.

 

If Participant is under 18 years of age:
I am the parent or legal guardian of the PARTICIPANT. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing the VENUE from all liability on my and the Participant’s behalf, (b) promising not to sue on my and the Participant’s behalf, (c) and assuming all risks of the Participant’s participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. I allow Participant to participate in this Activity. I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of Participant as described in this document. I agree to be bound by the terms of this document. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.

II. AUTHORIZATION TO TREAT A MINOR

In the event that my child/ward becomes ill or sustains an injury while in the care or under the supervision of VENUE as Described Above, any and/or all of the adult supervisors or personnel of the activity, are given my permission to administer first aid for his/her relief. 
 

If it is not practical to return him/her to me or to receive my instructions for his/her care:  I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of afore described minor 

 

do hereby authorize and consent to any x-ray examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis or treatment, and/or emergency hospital care, which is deemed advisable by and is rendered under the general or special supervision of any member of the medical staff and emergency room staff licensed under the provisions of the commonly accepted Medicine Practice Act standard of care, and on the staff of any acute general hospital holding a current license to operate a hospital from the Country of Norway. It is understood that effort shall be made to contact the undersigned prior to rendering treatment to the patient, but that any of the above treatment will not be withheld if the undersigned cannot be reached. 
 

This authorization is given pursuant to provision of Common International law, and local, state or country law of origin, shall not prevail. 
I further agree to not hold the above-named VENUE and Event, or their employees, officers, directors, or volunteers liable for the medical aid rendered, and I agree to make reimbursement for the medical or other expenses incurred for the care of the named minor. 

 

 

 

III. COVID HEALTH CONSENT

My child/ward has not had any COVID-19 like symptoms, such as fever (Temp >100 F), headache, shortness of breath, or cough for at least 14 days, prior to attending EVENT.
My child/ward is in a healthy physical state with no signs of illness present.
In addition, my child/ward has not had any contact with a person who has had COVID-19 like symptoms, such as fever (Temp >100 F), headache, shortness of breath, or cough within 14 days prior to camp date. My child/ward has no family member or associate who has had COVID-19 like symptoms, such as fever (Temp >100F), headache, shortness of breath, or cough within the last 14 days or has possible exposure to COVID-19.

 

WAIVER, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RELEASE AND AGREEMENT REGARDING
CORONAVIRUS READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING:
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, (i) THE PARTICIPANT HAS NOT BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR THE CORONAVIRUS WITHIN THE PAST MONTH; (ii) NO MEMBER OF THE PARTICIPANT’S FAMILY HAS SHOWN SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR THE CORONAVIRUS WITHIN THE PAST MONTH; AND (iii) THE PARTICIPANT HAS NOT SHOWN SUCH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR THE CORONAVIRUS WITHIN THE PAST MONTH.
I AGREE THAT THE PARTICIPANT MAY BE WITHDRAWN FROM CAMP ACTIVITIES IF PARTICIPANT SHOWS SYMPTOMS.
I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE EVENT, THE VENUE AND/OR THE CLUB HAS NO OBLIGATION TO ENSURE PREVENTION OF EXPOSURE AND/OR SYMPTOMS, AND THAT YOU AND PARTICIPANT ARE ASSUMING THE RISK OF ANY SUCH EXPOSURE AND/OR SYMPTOMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME INFORMED AS TO THE RISK OF THIS VIRUS, AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY ASSURANCE, REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE OF THE EVENT, THE VENUE AND/OR THE CLUB OR ITS AGENTS REGARDING SUCH RISKS. I HEREBY, ON BEHALF OF THE PARTICIPANT, THE UNDERSIGNED AND THE UNDERSIGNED’S FAMILY, RELEASE THE EVENT, THE VENUE AND/OR THE CLUB, THE SUBJECT EVENT, AND ANY OTHER EVENT SPONSOR, AND ALL EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, OPERATORS, COACHES, STAFF, FACILITIES AND AGENTS THEREOF, FROM LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND LAWSUITS DUE TO ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED NEGLIGENCE ARISING FROM EVENT ATTENDANCE GENERALLY, AND
SPECIFICALLY WITH REGARD TO ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO COVID-19, THE
CORONAVIRUS OR ANY PANDEMIC RELATED ILLNESS OR INJURY.

IV. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

Participation Risk Agreement
 

READ BEFORE SIGNING
In consideration of my minor child/ward (“my child”) being allowed to participate in this sport program, its related EVENT and activities, I, the undersigned, have read, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. The risk of serious injury from the sports activities involved in this program is always present due to the nature of the sport(s) participation;
2. FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND MY CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and affirmatively assume full responsibility for my child’s participation;
3. I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for my child’s participation;
4. Should I observe any unusual significant, barrier to my PARTICIPANT participation and/or in the EVENT itself,  I will immediately bring such concern to the attention of a Coach, Official or EVENT staff for remedy.
5. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the EVENT, the VENUE and the CLUB, its affiliates, officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if
applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for activity (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, regarding my child and/or arising from his/her activities or ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
6. By signing below, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the EVENT, the VENUE and the CLUB, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs, refunds or expenses which are sustained, incurred or required out of the actions of my dependent in the course of the EVENT.
I HAVE READ THIS HEALTH FORM AND RELATED CERTIFICATIONS, THE
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY
UNDERSTAND THEIR TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP
SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND
VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

V. EMERGENCY CONTACT WAIVER FOR MINOR CHILD: 
In the event a parent/guardian cannot be contacted, 

I hereby authorize the following individuals, relatives, family or friends who I designate herein to be contacted in an emergency and/or assigned pick up and/or assigned transport and/or assigned accompaniment and/or assigned temporary decision making for named minor, until such time that parent/guardian can be reached.

VI. STATEMENT OF PARTICIPANT HEALTH

 

This Agreement is to acknowledge that, in consideration of participation in the afore described EVENT Program and Activities including Camp, Workouts, Training and/or Competitions at the VENUE facility in Bergen, Norway, I do hereby consent and Agree to the following:
 

I accept and assume risk that an accident or injury may occur when participating in any sport or activity, and agree to release the parties named above from responsibility for all risks associated with participation in this EVENT.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Activity, on behalf of myself and my next of kin, heirs and representatives, I release from all legal liability and promise not to sue the VENUE,  and Organizations; and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively “VENUE”) from any and all claims, including claims of the VENUE’s negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss I may suffer because of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity.  

 

I confirm that I and/or Minor am voluntarily participating in this Activity.
 

I certify that I and/or Minor is in good health and have the capacity to participate in programs of this nature.
 

I give permission to be medically treated for illness or injury occurring during EVENT participation, specific activities occurring during CAMP, and activities that may occur outside of EVENT, and certify that PARTICIPANT and/or Minor is covered by medical insurance. In the event that PARTICIPANT is not covered by medical insurance, I agree and accept responsibility any/all costs that may accrue or be associated with medical treatment. A completed
“Authorization to Treat a Minor” form is attached.
 

 

 

VII. VENUE USE LIABILITY RELEASE 

          VdO Recreation Center Bergen, Norway

In consideration for being allowed to use the facilities and to participate in the activities and programs of the VdO Center (VENUE), the undersigned User of said activities and programs (PARTICIPANT), with the intention of binding himself/herself and his/her heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby represents, covenants (TERMS), and agrees as follows:
1. I agree to voluntarily use the VENUE and participate in sports, fitness and recreational programs at the VENUE and I hereby agree to all TERMS of VENUE, as pertaining to my authorized entry, my minor child authorized entry and use of the VENUE.  I further agree to be bound by all VENUE policy, as provided herein, explained to me, and posted at VENUE, and be bound to all instruction given for use of the VENUE by employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents. PARTICIPANTS wish to voluntarily use the facilities and participate in sports, fitness, and recreation activities and programs at VENUE.  Parent or legal guardian authorizes PARTICIPANT Minor who is 18 years of age or younger and wishes to voluntarily use the facilities and participate in sports, fitness, and recreation activities and programs at VENUE.
2. I recognize that participation in any of the Activities carries with it certain risks. It is impossible to identify and list all the risks associated with any one or more of the Activities. The range of possible injuries is so diverse that no one
possibly can anticipate everything that can go wrong. They may include, but are not limited to, strained, pulled or torn muscles, tendons and ligaments, sprained joints or broken limbs, contusions, scratches, lacerations, concussions, head
injuries, cardiac events, and even death.
3. I agree that my voluntary use of VENUE and participation in any of the Activities is voluntary. Before participating in any one or more of the Activities, I agree to become as knowledgeable and informed as possible about the inherent risks and dangers associated with such Activities. I also shall adequately prepare myself with the proper skills, training, equipment, and clothing to minimize the risk of injury. After consideration of risks, I ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES.
4. I am healthy and do not suffer from any medical conditions that restrict or preclude my participation in any of the
Activities or I have a medical condition which otherwise might prevent my participation in one or more of the Activities but
have consulted with my physician regarding such and he/she has released me to participate in such Activities.
5. FOR MYSELF AND MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNEES, HEIRS, AND NEXT OF KIN, MINOR CHILD OR ANY OF THEM, I AGREE TO RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND NOT TO SUE ORGANIZERS OF THIS EVENT, INCLUDING THE EVENT, THE VENUE, THE CAMP, THEIR TRUSTEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, VENDORS, AND AGENTS AND EACH OF THEM (COLLECTIVELY, RELEASEES) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE (COLLECTIVELY, THE CLAIMS) ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO MY PERSON OR PROPERTY OR MY DEATH ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH MY USE OF CENTER OR MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ACTIVE OR PASSIVE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, BUT EXCLUDING THE SOLE ACTIVE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES. I AGREE TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY RELEASEES AND EACH OF THEM FROM ANY LOSS LIABLITY, DAMAGE OR COSTS THEY OR ANY OF THEM MAYINCUR DUE TO ANY INJURY TO MYSELF OR MY PROPERTY OR TO MY DEATH RESULTING FROM MY USE OF THE FACILITIES OR MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE ACTIVITIES AT VENUE, EXCLUDING THAT CAUSED BY THE SOLE ACTIVE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES.
6. I acknowledge consideration of contents of this Agreement statement and assumption of risk and I Agree that this document is written to be as broad and inclusive as legally permitted by the current prevailing United States Law, Individual State Law within the United States and current prevailing European Law and/or the prevailing Individual Country Law of Norway. I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and that if any portion and/or Section of this document is held invalid, thebalance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING REPRESENTATIONS, COVENANTS, AND AGREEMENTS AND KNOW THEIR CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABLITY AND I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.

I am the parent/legal guardian of the above participant and hereby, for and on behalf of him/her, have carefully read the above Agreement and Liability Release and agree and consent to all of the above terms and conditions for the use of VENUE by my child and his/her participation in any of the Activities

 

 

 

 

VIII. Photo and Video and Social Media Release

 

I hereby grant Permission to Publish Photos or Videos or Social Media on Website or in VENUE Program/Camp Marketing.
 

Photos and videos of activities taken during the VENUE Program/Camp are important tools forpublicizing and promoting future camps/activities of this nature. Permission from a minor andparent/guardian is required to allow this to occur.  To protect a child’s identity, names will not be published near or in reference to photographs or videos. The Program Director will have sole authorization and permission to add pictures and videos to publicity materials to VENUE Program or Camp web pages, publicity, and marketing for the VENUE.

As parent/legal guardian, I give the VENUE permission to use photographic camp images and videos of my child/ward for reproduction on the Recreational Sports website or Social Media page, or in marketing materials for the sole purpose of publicizing the camp/activity or for activities strictlyrelated to the camp and/or activity. I understand that my child or ward’s name will not be associated with any such photographs or videos.

 

Event Participant Consent
As Minor who wishes to participate in this EVENT, I give the VENUE and CLUB permission to use photographic images and videos for reproduction on the Recreational Sports website or Social Media page, or in marketing materials for the sole purpose of publicizing the event/activity or for activities strictly related to the camp/activity. I understand that my name will not be associated with any such photographs or videos.

IX. ARBITRATION CONSENT

AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES - READ BEFORE SIGNING
 

IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE PERTAINING TO ANY PROVISION OF THIS
AGREEMENT, OR PERTAINING TO THE SERVICES RENDERED PURSUANT TO THESE AGREEMENTS AND/OR THIS AGREEMENT, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT OR VENUE, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER LOSS, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM AGAINST THIS VENUE OR THIS EVENT, ANY DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF THE EVENT OR OF ANY FOREGOING ENTITY, EACH PARTY HERETO AGREES TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE SUCH DISPUTES, BY CLAIM FILED, BEFORE AN ACCREDITED ARBITRATION ENTITY LOCATED IN BERGEN, NORWAY, AS AGREED TO BY BOTH PARTIES.  

 

In the event either party to this agreement incurs any expense as a result of the other party’s failure to comply with any provision of this agreement, the non-complying party shall be liable for reimbursement of any and all such expenses or attorney fees directly or indirectly related to failure to comply. In the event any legal action or proceeding occurs which is in any manner related to or pertaining to this agreement, attempting to challenge in a non-arbitral forum
such as a court of law the validity or application of this agreement, the party who substantially prevails in that court or non-arbitral proceeding shall be entitled to receive reasonable costs of such action or proceeding including attorney’s fees. In the arbitration itself, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees. The following disclosures are intended to help you thoroughly understand the significance of agreeing to arbitrate any controversy, or claim, or issue in any controversy or claim which may arise between the undersigned client and the attorney:
A. ARBITRATION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING ON THE PARTIES.
B. THE PARTIES HERETO ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES IN COURT, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL.
C. PRE-ARBITRATION DISCOVERY IS GENERALLY MORE LIMITED THAN AND DIFFERENT FROM COURT PROCEEDINGS;
D. THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS NOT REQUIRED TO INCLUDE FACTUAL FINDINGS OR LEGAL REASONING AND ANY PARTY’S RIGHT TO APPEAL OR TO SEEK MODIFICATION OF RULINGS BY THE ARBITRATOR (S) IS STRICTLY LIMITED.
E. THE ARBITRATOR OR PANEL OF ARBITRATORS WILL TYPICALLY INCLUDE AN ATTORNEY OR JUDGE, ACTIVE OR RETIRED.
F. THE PARTIES AND ARBITRATOR ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT INVOLVES INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND THE INTERPRETATION AND ANY/ALL ENFORCEMENT OF THE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS WILL BE GOVERNED BY
RESPECTIVE INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION STANDARDS.
 

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE SIGNIFYING UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE
OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
                                   

 

 

 

X. PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT

All attending PARTICIPANTS at Bergen Events and/or Competitions are expected to adhere to the following rules and guidelines as condition of acceptance, inclusion, and participation.

 

PARTICIPANT Code of Conduct
EVENT goal is to provide a healthy, safe and secure environment for all  participants.  Athletes who attend the program are expected to follow the behavior guidelines based on common sport values and to interact appropriately in a group setting. It is the role of the coach and parent to guide the Athlete PARTICIPANT behavior, and provide a sport role model for a positive Event Experience.
 

Behavior Code of Conduct Guidelines:

• Honesty will be the basis for all relationships and interactions.

• Stay hydrated and stay flexible and ready for exercise.

• Keep your area and the surrounding environment clean

• Stay with your group.

• Talk to someone if you feel unsafe.

• Arrive a few minutes early for workouts – a great habit for life

• Turn up with appropriate clothing and personal items for activity sessions

• Positive attitude

• Co-operate and Listen to the coaches and your teammates

• Always warm up and cool down properly

• Have fun – not just to please your parents and/or coach

• Play by the rules

• Do not argue with officials and/or the coach –play smart

• Recognize and applaud all good play whenever possible

• Be a good sport – win with modesty, lose with dignity

• Be Courteous and Respect people – treat them as you wish to be treated

• Avoid bad language or threatening/aggressive behavior

• Try to Accomplish One Task at Every Workout

• Review each Workout and remember One Good Thing You Accomplished

• Inform the coach of any injury as soon as possible if you are injured

• Ask coach if a) take a break b) Early Leave c) Modify Workout

• Thank officials and opponents after competition

 

Participants Prohibited Behavior

• Injure, Threaten to Injure, or Fight while at CAMP and/or COMPETITION

• Endanger the health and safety of other PARTICIPANTS

• Commit or attempt to steal, damage, trespass, vandalize property of others

• Leave the EVENT without permission

• Disrupt the program

• Refuse to follow the behavior guidelines or EVENT rules

• Act cruelly, use profanity, use vulgarity, or act or speak obscenely

• Act in a lewd manner

• Bully or Put Down other PARTICIPANTS

• Rude or Disrespectful Behavior against individuals based on discrimination of any kind (such as: Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Handicap, etc.)

 

I understand, should I violate this code of conduct and severity of Level, the Event Director(s), at their discretion, may;
Level 1, Verbal Warning and Discussion with Coach and/or Director

Level 2, Workout Dismissal

Level 3, Loss of Privileges

Level 4, Lose a Day

Level 4, Asked to Leave Event
 

As day-to-day Workouts progress, Participants may be reminded of the behavior guidelines and rules, as needs arise, with discussions, should any minor incidences occur.
 

If the behavior persists with a Minor, a parent or caregiver will be notified of the problem. Staff will document the situation. This written documentation will include what the behavior problem is, what provoked the problem and the corrective action taken.
Staff will schedule a conference with the parent or caregiver so they can determine the appropriate action to take.
Staff will schedule a progress check or a follow-up conference.
If the problem persists, staff will schedule a conference that includes the parent or caregiver, camper, staff and Director. The program director will have all documentation and the notes from the previous conferences for review. If subsequent conferences have to be scheduled, a counselor may also be present.
If a child’s behavior, at any time threatens the immediate safety of that child, other children or staff, the parent or caregiver may be notified and expected to take custody of the child.
If a problem persists with ANY PARTICIPANT in regards to serial disruption of  the program, the VENUE and/or the EVENT reserves the right to suspend the PARTICIPANT from the program, without recourse, and without compensation. Expulsion from the program will be considered in extreme situations.
 

Following initial disciplinary action, should any of these behaviors persist, staff may, as per severity, suspend the camper a second time before expulsion.  Immediate expulsion may occur if the camper is in possession of or using tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, firecrackers, firearms or explosives.
